Services are available to Canadian businesses and representatives aged 18 or older with legal capacity to contract.
Proof of business identity or authority may be requested.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use IT resources solely for authorized business purposes.
- Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
- Report unauthorized access or misuse of assigned IT resources promptly.
- Abide by all applicable privacy, compliance, and employment laws.
- Respect our intellectual property, confidentiality, and rights of others.
Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse, copy, or interfere with the delivery of services.
- Attempt to reassign or resell resources without written consent.
- Access or attempt to access data outside your authorized scope.
- Disrupt, undermine, or breach IT security measures provided.
- Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized system modification.
- Use IT resources for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property in content, processes, or software (unless supplied by Client) remains the property of the Company. No part may be reproduced or used beyond specified agreement terms.
User Content
User-generated materials retain your ownership; you grant us a right to use such content for service delivery and support.
Your Content Rights:
We will not disclose your confidential business information except as required for proper service provision or by Canadian law.
